I am so disappointed. You are having your workshop right in my backyard and it ends up on the same week as Photofusion. Have you thought about a workshop in the Florida Keys? I know some great locations there if you are interested.

But...how do you guarantee the models to get their images from the shooters, other than from yourself? Im just curious [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

(I wish I could attend, but Ill be on tour from the 25th of Jan to the 22nd of Feb)

Obviously, I can't hold a gun to anyone's head, but it's specifically stated in the model release that if the model does not receive her promised images within 6 weeks, the model release is null and void.

In that case, the photographer has no usage rights to the images either. Not a desirable situation after the photographer spent a lot of money as well.

That's about all we can do.
