When was the last time you got to learn from a photographer that has shot the cover of TV Guide and Life Magazine, more than one time? When was the last time you got to shoot with a photographer that has shot three Centerfolds for Playboy Magazine? When was the last time you got to learn from a photographer that has won a Grammy Award for his photography? When was the last time you got to learn from a phtographer who is also a director and has directed twenty-two movies for network television, several feature films and the popular TV series Chips as well as Starksy and Hutch? When was the last time you got to learn from a director that created a hit series, The Hitchiker from HBO Television?

This week's Workshop Bash features a lecture and instruction from Ivan Nagy who has done everything I have talked about above and more. He made Life Magazine, in part, because as a correspondent in Viet Nam, he had the presence of mind to shoot a photo just as the helicopter that was carrying him crashed into a field after being shot down by hostile fire.

Ivan is an incredible photographer with an incredible history which he will share with you this Saturday. Learn how a master truly sees light. Learn how to get the best photos you've evevr taken.

Ivan is a "hands on" kind of teach. Bring your camera to the lecture as well as the workshop. He will be setting up shots, explaining how and why he is doing it and then will help each student shoot the setup. You are sure of getting great shots because you will have a master to show you how. More importantly, you will be able to repeat what you have shot because Ivan will show you how it is done!

We have nine great models confirmed, shooting everything from implied topless right up to Playboy Style nudes. I have bought some new studio lights so we will have plenty of sets.

PLEASE NOTE THE TIME CHANGE. The instructional workshop will take place from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. The Glamour Bash will be from 12:00PM to 3:00PM. Ivan will be hanging around for a while to answer questions for the students and to help you during the Bash get great images.

As always, the workshop and bash together is $100 in advance or $125 at the door. The bash alone can be purchased for $60 in advance or $75 at the door.(for the bash alone please arrive after 11:30AM). PLEASE NOTE WE ARE ENFORCING AT DOOR PRICES UNLESS YOU ARE A REPEAT CUSTOMER THAT HAS MADE A RESERVATION IN ADVANCE.
