I have tested it out and it appears to work. You might have a couple of seconds of another video, then a brief commercial and finally the video of interest. It all happens quite fast actually.

When I click on "Show Video" I get a blue square with some text, but no video plays.

Hi Rob,

I just tried Firefox 1.5 and IE 7. Both work for me. I get a blue square with the WSJ stuff on it for a few seconds, then it kicks in.

My fear is that I am allowed to view it because I am a subscriber and it is blocking others. But I don't think that should be the case. I believe WSJ is allowing all to view the video. In fact, they provide the code to embed it.

Perhaps while we sort this out, you could view the video on my weblog:

My weblog is more focused toward business matters than glamour.

You might find the weblog video has the same problems?

Is anyone else having difficulty?

If anyone is able to help troubleshoot, I would be most appreciative.

I don't have any problems viewing the video on your weblog, which is unfortunate, because now if anyone says "like" to me for the rest of the day I will probably scream.

I am glad you liked it. I am sure she didn't realize how often she used that crutch in her speech.
