Is it out yet? If so, where can I get one? If not, when is coming out? 15.4 mega pix and only $1,399.00 according to Canon's site. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

According to the US press release it will be released in October (no exact date). And judging by that US$ price they're seriously stiffing us Brits on the exchange rate - our price is the equivalent of over $2400.

you could probably fly to New York, buy it and fly back for less than that...!

And $1399 (US) is list price, the street price will surly be in the $1100's perhaps not initially, but after 3-4 months, depending on sales...
