I had a photo that I reworked in PS Elements 3 the other day and saved it in another folder as a completed photograph. I then tried to e-mail it but a screen came up telling me it would not accept the photo for file compression for sending thru e-mail. Could have I missed a step in my process of saving the photo after my PS work was complete? HELP PLEASE!

Chuck,
Did you save it as a jpeg? Does your email software automatically compress photos before sending or do you have to do it yourself? If you saved the file as a photoshop PSD file your email software would probably not work with it.

Normally you can attach any filetype to an email. Were you using the email's attachment method or are you trying to email it out of Elements. In any event, you'd normally want to resize it to less than 100k before trying to email it. Some email programs will impose a size limit.
Cheers,
rfs
