Go to your website and find the photo you are wanting to post. If you go to the thumbnail, hit that so you are looking at the full size photo. Right click on the photo and click "properties".
You should see the image "address" that looks something like:
http://www.xxx.xxx.ajfadfa.jpg
Then either remember that whole string or the easier way is to highlight the whole string, right click on it and hit copy and then come here to start a post. Go down to the bottom and you will see a box that says "Image" (right next to the Instant Graemlins in the boxes that say "Instant UBB Code" Click on the "Image" box and a little box will come up where you type the image address or simply place the cursor in the box, right click and hit paste and the address you copied from when you were looking at the image over at your site should be auto pasted in the box.
That's it.
You can check to make sure everythign went right by previewing your post.
BTW, if you hit properties while looking at the thumbnail of an image, you will end up posting the thumbnail, not the actual photo.
