Best place to buy backdrops???

This is my first post! I hope I get some great feedback here. Anyone know where to buy (good deals) on canvas or paper backgrounds for studio work? I'll even buy used if I can find a good deal on some backgrounds that aren't beat up. Thanks for any advice.

Try http://www.amvona.com/v7/shop/. I've got a few there. If you're not in a hurry, I hear Adorama will be selling their own brand of backgrounds soon and at good prices.

Isn't silverlake JUST muslin? I'm looking for canvas or paper. I make my own muslin backdrops that I'm fairly happy with the results.

Try a "photo studio background" search on Ebay. Amvona lists there as do numerous other photo dealers. I've gotten some real "runaway" deals on some awesome drops that way, and believe it or not, delivery times that rival on line ordering through a dealer!

Amvona drop - 15' x 20' - all finished seams, eyelets one end, rod pocket other end, They listed it as having a $375 retail, I got it for $50 shipping included on ebay. I've seen paper, cloth, digital drops. Check it out.

You should be able to find seamless paper in 9' or 54" widths at most full-line photography dealers. I can get it in Cols at two sources for $38/roll. I've got about ten different colors.
