I am not sure I understand your comment "Paste it into a program". Paste it into a blank file (image). You cannot just open Photoshop and paste it into that screen.

For PC users:
After you do a "ctrl-print screen, you open Photoshop and click "file", then "new". Create a blank file (Perhaps 10 x 8 inches at 125 ppi).

Then you Hit "Ctrl-V" (or click "edit" then "paste"). Paste the screen capture into the open blank file. Flatten, crop and save.

Martin, I have Snagit. My problem is I cannot attach it to a post. If you look in the lower left hand corner of your screen when you are trying to post you see the "Posting Rules." Mine says "You may not post attachments." I think one of the higher powers of this web site has to change my privilages internally.

Yes, Martin! The photo is much better.

Ben, I do understand that, but to do it that way you have to upload it like it was a photo. Then you have a row of screen shots posted in the Newest Uploads window. I was hoping to bypass posting that sort of clutter.

I think it might be a little over done. But I also think there is a yellow cast on the whole image. Maybe that is what you were going for. It's still much better then the first one.

My reply was only about screen captures, to PhotoDave. I thought he was having trouble with that.

tame those hotspots on her lips - use the healing brush for the shadow on the mid left cheek and a touch of diffusion to reduce the texture of the makeup - but well lit, great framing and great model

That's one of the choices RG made when we converted to the new software a couple of years ago - photos (including screen snags that you might want to share) have to either be uploaded to your portfolio or hosted on an external photo server. Sorry - we fought that battle a long time ago and lost.
