I had a Gant shirt much like that back in the 80's - she looks WAY better in it then I ever did...

Well, personally, since you were shooting, it seems, with a single source, I think I would prefer to see a shot like this lit from the short-lighting side rather than the broad-lighting side. Then, some simple bounce reflecting from the broad side would have filled nicely. But maybe that's just me.
