Its really better for people to post photos that are of about the right size for the standard browser size. That still happens to be 1024 x 768 and 80% of the time is IE 6 or 7. If one upload the photo to their G1 portfolio, then it will save a size of the photo that is just right for best viewing in the widest range of browsers. The main thing about posting ones work is to get it seen in the best possible light and with the minimum of effort. Who really wants to have to change their browser or switch resolutions just to critique a photo. So always try to resize to about 600 x 400 pixels for portrait mode or 700 x 500 for landscape mode (or use the G1 port system).
As far as the current photo, I can't really make any comments because you didn't tell us what Photoshop work you did and we can't see the original and so we really can't say whether the PS work was good or bad. I don't personally care for the photo. The pose is off somewhat and the exposure seems a bit off and the image doesn't appear very sharp.
Give us more details, and a before and after and then perhaps we can say more.
