I love the shot and the models is absolutely fabulous.
Since this is the critque forum - i would suggest loading itin photoshop and doing a bit to bring out that beautiful eye color. I might increase saturation and possibly the hue after selecting the appropriate areas of the eye.
there is something about the cropping at the bottom and the space that is there between her suit and the water line. im not sure if she needs to be lower or higher in the water. she looks like she is shrugging her shoulders and looks uncomfortable.
i can not guess at your set up but i might have tried to be lower with the water line from a pespective and maybe take the shot with her higher and lower in the water and see what that does to the overall effect.
