Here's another from my shoot with Jenn yesterday. Absolutely stunning young woman.

Except for cutting the foot off at the toes, how am I doing here?

Personally I like it although I am not sure about the green cast that seems to be minimally present on her but more dominant as the light drops to the rest of the room. I really believe this would be a killer b&w but you know me I live in a b&W world (my parents couldn't afford color TV when I was growing up). I say this because her arm is blown a little and it would be less evident in a b&w. I would PS out the red on the clock radio as it draws attention to itself. Greg!! okay I now i have to change my opinion of your best yet! you just posted it!!..sept for the feet...dont you hate when you make those little mistakes? I do those all the time..and it really ticks me off!! I dont know if its my monitor but maybe her skin tone has just the slightest touch of green, it maybe me...but if not it could be a tad warmer...now as you get better at these types of shots your going to have to tell me how you do them. I need to venture outside the studio!!

Greg forgot one little compliment..I really like the S curve you have going from left to right...it really draws me to her face!

You do not need to apologize to me. The fact that two of us see something similar should help. Nothing worse than one poster who says "It's this....", and he's right but no one echoes it so the creator thinks 'oh that was just that weird Mike guy, no big deal'. Now Greg can say 'hell that's Mike and Don, they are crazier than Cheech and Chong'.

One of the first things I noticed was the clock. I saw the green cast in the background, but I don't see it on the model--could just be my monitor. So, I thought the green cast was intentional as a complimentary color to the red-orange lingerie.

I really like the mood and feel of the image, but I think the pose could be improved slightly. By having her right arm laying across her body, it creates a strange bulge in the tricep. Her left knee is head on which also makes that leg look heavier than it really is. By bringing both knees more toward her chest you would make the legs look more slender, and enhance the s-curves even more, and get the toes in the frame.

Very nice work, and although I can see a slight green cast on the legs, I like the overall effect. Here is an example of what I meant by the repositioning of the legs. Notice I cut off the toes also.

Thank you for the kind words, Mike. This site has been invaluable in helping me progress. I am really seeing an improvement in my images over time and it is very exciting.

Now, when the DVD arrives I'll hopefully get better at doing this more consistently. I seem to make too many mistakes like the toe amputation. Doh!

Hey, you posted on my favorite of yours (and it's from my favorite series). I love this image.

Well, I'll make it a goal to continue to replace your favorite image of mine! So, by my count now, you have two photo poses I am waiting to see done with the Angel.
