I really like both of these images. Compositionally, I like the diagonals formed by his right leg and arm in image #1. That arm just leads me right up to his face. In #2 I like the circular motion given by his hands and right arm. Again, it leads me up to his face. Both images flow well. You've also got great texture on the suit, you can _just_ make out the pinstripes. Technically, I can only think of two things that I'd try to improve upon:
1) The thing that bothers me the most is the light falling on the back of his neck and jaw on his left side. That light does a great job of separating his jacket from the background, but it's distracting on his skin. My eye wanders to it and I have a hard time getting off of it. You might try using a gobo, flag, or barn doors to cut the light to that area. You could probably position a fill card so that it cuts the light from the left and fills in his face at the same time.
2) I don't know how the image looks on your monitor, but on mine I think the right side of his face is a little too blown out. I like the contrast between the two sides of his face, but I think the image would benefit from just a little bit of texture on the right side. There's a subtle difference between how hot his right hand is (image #1) and how hot his face is. I think you would improve the image if you could get just a _smidge_ of texture, like his hand has, on his face and collar.
Ok, three things. This is really nitpicky, but I'd give his head a little room on the top of image #2.
