First, welcome to the forum.

Your lighting and exposure look OK. the exposure is probably right on, and the lighting is a little flat, but that's not unusual in a shot like this. If I were to recommend anything, I'd say it would be better if she had straightened her back and lifted her chin some. The crease across her belly isn't flattering, and the expression would be better served if she were facing the camera more. Something worth trying, anyway.

Lastly, theres something wrong with the background right above your copyright mark. I can't help but stare at it.

Don't sweat it, and don't let me fool you either. I'm not what anybody would call extremely experienced. All I can do is tell you what I think would look better.

On the other hand, if anybody here tries to tell you they're not still learning things, their ego has finally outgrown their sense.
