Newbie With My first shoot with a pro model please critique

This is my first shhot with a model in a studio please let me know how i could improve.

Also im sorry for the image size which makes it hard to critique the shot but thats the lagest im allowed here.

Does anyone know of a place that does free photo hosting that is linkable from this site and ill post a bigger picture.

One thing i noticed when converting these to save for web in photoshop they lost a lot of there colour going from psd to jpg. They were originally shot in RAW.

As for the photo, the only complaint I would have is the background...looks like a dark green to me [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] and somewhat dirty. Maybe a little more depth of field could make it work better?

As far as the RAW - PSD - JPG conversions go, I found it works betst if you do everything you want to the pic anf then convert to sRGB just prior to saving for the web. The colors will work online much better that way.
