I have massive problems falling asleep. I lay down and my mind races to the next day, week, month, shoot, and whatever is still on my plate.
My girlfriend suggested Melatonin. She said it was an herbal thing to promote sleep. Any time I hear " Herbal," I imagine hippys that smell like cardboard and look like pasty skinny ghosts.
Well I finally got talked into trying it. Lovely stuff. That doens't make me a pasty hippy does it?
So that's my thought for the day. If you don't sleep well...
