I like the shots, but for some reason the hand and arm placements seem odd. very pretty model, the yellow dress is an excellent touch.

Had to look them up on the Canon Zoom Browser.
Shutter speed, 1/200th of a second. Aperature, f/4. ISO speed, 200. Focal length, 131mm on the 3/4 shot. 200mm on the head shot. 70mm on the full length shot. The lens was a Canon f/4 L series. Used a ttl flash at 1/2 power for some fill except on the head shot which was 1/8th power.
All images were slightly under exposed, about half a stop, and adjusted in RAW conversion.

Lighting and clarity is getting better. The pose looks very awkward and unnatural.

That's what I usually think of high fashion poses too, but this is what she wanted her pictures to resemble. Unnatural? Yeah I wouldn't expect to see many women look like this otherwise. Frank D, if I have his name right, has lots of them on his posts.
