I think it's a nice shot, but I wish the eyes were brighter and there was more separation between the iris and pupil. I have only a BW shot to offer...(it's from a banner I use).

The models eyes are nearly black thus the little seperation between pupil and iris. Your B/W is very nice. The eyes are sad and look about ready to cry.
