Nice shot, but maybe a little more texture in the skin. BTW what sort of camera do you have?

I like the shot ... although I'd suggest the visible eye needs more light. The PS is also not very clean. (For example, a stray hair disappears where your blur was allowed to cover it.)

You might simply lower the opacity of your blur.
