Great image, you're right, she does have lovely eyes. If I could make a suggestion though, I would add some contrast in brightness/contrast adjustments maybe about +5-10.

I don't think it needs any adjustment for brightness/contrast...and if it did I'd recommend that you used curves or levels...and not the brightness/contrast adjustment tool.
