How you remove images or edit captions?

I really want to remove some images and edit captions on some others in my portfolio, but can't find means of doing it. I'm reaching high level of frustration with this system enough to walk away from it all. I know in the past I advocated giving more time to learn the system, but things with time are not getting any easier. In my humble opinion sites that cater to models and photographers should be user friendly and this one is for nerds to amused themselves with.

Re: How you remove images or edit captions?

1. In main top menu bar, click Portfolio (not the plural Portfolios) to get to your new portfolio. It should list all of your images.

2. Click the image you want to edit/delete. It opens the intermediate (600px) size version of your image. Under the main menu bar appear a new Portfolio Navigation menu. On the 2nd row of the Portfolio Navigation menu are options "Edit" and "Delete".

Hope that helps.

Re: How you remove images or edit captions?

Just to make sure that all is clear, I'll add these screen shots to Brother7's comments.

1. Be sure to login first.
2. Click on the singular Portfolio as shown here:

3. You will now see the photos in your portfolio. Here is what it will look like:

Naturally it will have your name, not mine, and you won't see any helpful red arrows.

4. Click on the photo you want to edit or delete and then you will see this screen:

5. Now use the Edit or Delete link that is circled.

Cheers,
rfs

Re: How you remove images or edit captions?

Gentlemen, THANK YOU for your help. I tried delete and edit and it works flawlessly, I guess I'm getting too damn old for all these new trick, but it would a shame to give up.
