The thing about fashion photography books is that they tend to be collections of a specific photographer's work, such as Avedon, Lindbergh, Testino, Scavullo, Newton, etc. That also means they tend to be expensive hardbacks... on the order of $50 to $100 a pop. And they are generally pretty short on 'how to'. I don't think that's what you want...
So here's my recommendations.
Digital Fashion Photography, softcover by Chris Tarantino and Ken Tan, about $35 in the bookstores, cheaper on Amazon. Published by Thompson, ISBN 1-59200-525-X.
The Lighting Cookbook For Fashion and Beauty Photography, softcover by Jenni Bidner and Eric Bean, about $25 in the stores, again cheaper on Amazon. Published by Amphoto Books, ISBN 0-8174-4231-6.
You can see the covers and read reviews on Amazon, etc. so I'll not go into that. I like the first one a tad more than the second one.
Now if you DID mean you want a specific photographer's hardback collection, drop me a line. I've been collecting photography books a long time and if there's a book, I probably know about it and where there's a cheaper place to buy it.

Let me make clear that the two books I listed are by no means the only fashion photography 'how to' books. I could probably fill a good sized shelf with books on the topic. But these are recent, fairly up to date, and readily available.
You can aways go to one of the large book finding websites and enter a search for 'fashion photography'. I guarantee you'll spend a while sorting the books out...
The Lighting Cookbook seems like the type of thing I'm looking for with lots of diagrams and setups, but I read a user review on Amazon that said it's mostly simple/basic setups, more of a beginner book.
Do you agree? I'll probably pick it up anyway but I was really looking for a more "advanced" book. Any recommendations?

Yeah, I guess you could call some of the lighting setups "simple" if by simple you mean four or more lights, a bunch of reflectors and scrims, and a handful of gels.
I am always amused by the notion that something has to be complex in order to be any good. There are always discussions on this forum about how much can be accomplished with a single light.
As a collary to that, I am also amused by how real masters of an art can make the complex "look" simple.
Here's my final advice. Go to the nearest Borders or Barnes & Noble and pull both books off the shelf. Find a nice comfortable chair, and browse through them. Then decide which one you prefer.
Oh, and on the way to the check out, stop by the newstand and pick up the latest Parisien or Italian Vogue magazine (check your wallet first, they're about $15.95!). They have what's usually considered some of the best current fashion photography. Then try to figure out how the photographers lit the images... simply or with complicated schemes.

I SO second that! I was going to suggest that book also, but then realized he wasn't specifically asking about lighting.
I use that book in practice ALL the time... highly recommended.

Beauty lighting is simple. It is essentially product photography and is only lit a few different ways. Beauty is not portraiture. By the way, it is not easy. Just because the initial setup is relatively easy, does not mean that getting what you want out of it and shooting it is easy.
Fashion, by current trends, is also very simple in its lighting schemes. In fact, much fashion today is lit with one light. Glamour is far more complex. I know Rolando preaches that it doesn't have to be, and that is nice I suppose, but I don't buy it. LOL! Good glamour, IMHO, is always about glamour lighting, and glamour lighting is not simple - even though it may appear as such.
Get both of the recommended books, they are very good.
