I had tried underwater shots before with a Cannon film camera and the battery compartment leaked and I gave up.
Recently I bought a Pentax Optio W-10 for $300 and found a pool and a model.
I learned the difficulaties of this technique: the model moves, I move, the LCD screen is so so, my snorkel mask fogs up ... but it was kind of fun anyway to experiment.

My apologies to those with arthritic fingers who want an image here rather than clicking, but I'm not going to post all my images at another site just to allow this system to show a full size image. This system is powerful and it will grow with use but the controls are @$#%@ non intuitive.
