Very nice. Kind of a compliment to some of the "parts" shots from a while back - same isolation, different effect altogether (to me, at least).

I really like the warmth of your b/w conversion, too. Reminds me of a paper I used to print on - Kodabrome?.

hummmm. i stare at it and don't know what to think. i think maybe because there is no main attention spot, which is pretty neat.

That's kind of why I liked the photo myself. My eyes stay focussed within the image, but aren't forced to look at a specific spot.

David, you do such nice work and it seems like you are always testing the artistic waters. I'll buck the rest on this one though... my eyes keep straying to the little piece of jewelry sticking out from her hair. :-) I always enjoy seeing your work.

i KNEW it was going to be good!........and it was! This is the kind of image that one could frame and put above their [very cool, contemporary] mantel. I love the artistic-ness (your not the only one that can make up words) of this one!

David, beautiful image. What do you do to get that tone (color) in your images? Really like the way they look. Keep up the good work.
