Try repositioning the dish higher. Placing the key light lower than the face produces shadows that are unnatural, and distracting.

BGPhoto has good advise above. Also, the hand can almost look like it's someone elses. A little more lower arm (shoulder to elbow) could be shown to help alleviate that feel. And, straigten out that necklace!
