We have arranged for space for a studio in down town Uehling Nebraska. It isn't big but I think it will do to start us off.
If you ever find yourself about 50 miles north west of Omaha and need to rest stop by and visit. You might fall in love with this country just like I have.
Oh yea, I still have the web site up for Uehling Centennial and you might find it interesting to visit it. We had an open house and quilt show this saturday.(my birthday) and a bridal fashion show with gowns at least 50 years old in it. The pho6tos are on the web site at

[Don't mind me - I just miss the mid-west.]

There's a singer/songwriter by the name of Greg Brown who's from Iowa (I think). He truly loves those flat corn- and wheat-filled states. He did a great intro once I was lucky enough to tape about how towns in the mid-west would spring up, and immediately form a centennial committee to start planning what would probably be the town's biggest event.

Mr. jford thank you kindley. If you get a yerning for the laid back easy going life for a cople days feel free to call me and come on by. The local bar is called Axel's bar or the Creek Resturant. The Jack Daniels is always pored heavy on the shots and the talk is about crops and the weather. My new studio is 3 doors down.

Uehling Nebraska..... I know That area very well. I'm originally from Sioux City, Ia. But did most of my work in Omaha, up until about 3 yrs ago. Did some shooting in the Omaha area. Love the country up there but needed to work all year long. Have you ever been to Ash Falls? Nice place to shoot.

Marsh I haven't been out to much yet. winter kinda kept me grounded along with working on the house. It is 96 years old and some of the "repair" work is lacking in qualilty. The thing is solid as a brick but their is alot of things I want to improve on so I have mostly been around this area close to home. Have been to the casino's in Ia. and tossed a cople of 20's in the slots. Hope to get out a little after I get the studio open and running. So much to shoot I don't know where to start.
