A friend asked me to test his new D200 (he's new to digital), so I went out and about today with Gayle (she of the red Johnny Bravo pompadour look) and Brooke. Thanks to both for a really fun afternoon.
The D200 performed beautifully. All images made with either the 18-35 or 105 Macro Nikkors. All images used basically default settings, shot in highest quality Jpeg. Resized, leveled, curved - you know the drill.
C&C welcome, of course.

David, nice stuff! Did you have any focusing issues?
Here is one I shot this weekend of Brandy in New Orleans, it appears soft to me
D100 105 macro lens at about 5.6.
Dis you receive any replies from either Kim or Edie?
Hey Dusty! Thanks! Nope, no focus issues whatsoever, nice solid locks throughout the distance and FL ranges. No back or front focus either. As for me, 100% of my not-so-sharp issues are camera shake related.
Kim and I have exchanged emails, but she just fell and bunged up her leg evidently. We'll keep in touch and plan on something later in the month. No reply from Edie. Ah well...
