Okay Big, here goes...Home made Beauty Dish,Satin sheets from Walmart, Inflatable camping mattress from Walmart. paterson interfit strip box 16x48
hairlight 10 degree spot grid. no big budget productions happening here!
I dont have 3 muas, 7 creative set designers, a producer, a sponsor, a gaffer, a fluffer or any of those things to help me create a decent image.

First off, great shots (both of them) and beautiful model. One question I have though is this: Are both shots in the same location with the same light levels? The reason I ask is that the models face looks evenly and equally exposed in both shots but the red sheet in the first one has a lot of low-lights where the detail is dropping off into the shadows. In the second one, the pink fringe on the sleeve closest to the camera has some high-light where the detail is dropping off. Is this b/c of the beauty dish dropping off fairly quickly? Just wondering b/c I haven’t been shooting my beauty dish near as much as I shoot my soft boxes and I haven’t noticed this effect with my soft box. Guess I need to fire up the beauty dish and start experimenting.

Keep up the great work, and don't give DeAnn too much rest (I love seeing both of ya'lls work).
