Is it just me, or has Garage Glamour been slowing down? It seems like pages are taking forever to load, especially the forums. I sometimes experience a wait of up to 1 minute between pages. Is anyone else seeing a slower than usual response time?

I haven't noticed much of a slow down, but having dsl helps. I don't know what type of connection you have, but if you have broadband like I do, try getting a spyware remover wich will probabbly help.
I'm on a broadband connection (Comcast). I've tested this situation on three different computers on my home network and each seems slow to me. I have a variety of anti-spyware software programs and anti-virus and firewalls and I only use one computer for the Internet as a general rule. Earlier I went to another location with my laptop and it seemed slow there also. As a double check I went to about 20 other sites to test if their speed was normal or not and found that all of them were running at what seemed like normal speed.
I'm comparing the speeds of GG based on what I was getting a month ago. Since I visit GG multiple times a day and often from other locations and even on computers that are not mine (at other locations), I am able to judge pretty well what the general speed is and/or should be.
I have seen slow downs like this in the past on other sites when they get overloaded with too many visitors and their database become too large. eBay often has this problem for several weeks at a time.
Whew, I thought it was just me and my slow wireless, or something.
I get knocked off line when I try to read a post from three people here. Like DBA1, Orchid and I forget the other. Their photos never come up and bam, I'm off line.
