Cat eyes
Tried out one of those radio slave units with a seperate camera flash tonight.
Couldn't find a larger url from imagevenue to keep the picture at it's original 600 pixels wide though. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
Maybe clicking on the picture will display the larger size?

Jim,
getting cats eyes right is hard to do!






Light left or right 60 or more degrees lessen the chance of red eye. Studio lights probably works as well, just too much trouble for me to set up.

Hi Frank. I was mostly playing with a new gaget that came in the mail. One of those wireless radio slave senders and receivers from ebay that triggers a camera flash or a set of strobes. No sync cord needed. The cat happened to be available at the moment. I hand held the flash while shooting with the camera in the other hand. I'll try strobes another day.

Sheesh! Yeah that other avatar was my graduation picture from college. 1978. I'm not able to grow my hair quite like that anymore. The barbers back then used to complain that my hair was too thick. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

LOL...many things come full circle in life...we have seen that with some of the newer fashion styles of late...BUT, I will have a hard time wearing extra wide flare leg pants OR those 70's hair styles again...guess I'll just rebel if it happens!!

Cat with an attitude. Yes sometimes she does get one of those, but doesn't have the claws to back it up anymore.

I was hoping that someone could refer me to a hosting site that I can use to post pictures from, now that ImageShack.us doesn't seem to be working.

Things that come full cirlce in life.
You are right about that. Fashion and hair styles and sometimes even cars. No bell bottoms or tie dyed t-shirts for me again. I still don't get the droopy pants with the underwear showing or wearing the ball caps backwards.

Not sure who your ISP is but I have Charter and I get about 10MB of space to put things on.
