I like it for the tone of her skin and the composition. Her look is nice...as if she is saying to the viewer "come in and join me". It has impact!

Either the bubbles were eating her eyebrows... or that girl needs to put the tweezers down forever. She tweezed so far in that it's gonna take 6 months to a year to correct.

I suppose she could just shave them off entirely... then you could paint expressions on her.

Very pretty eyes, nice shot, i agree that the downward angle doesn't do her (forehead) justice, but beside that- very nice!!!
