well, it is simply complex.

One head w/ soft box...modeling lamp off
30 7 watt lights in a grid formation
4 X 6 gold reflector
white card
timed exposure
great model and MUA
Time spent perfecting a great setup

Not to mention the folks I learned from...Ralph Haseltine and Rolando Gomez(name dropping, maybe that will get me something)
