posting images rather having a link

I am trying to post an image in a message. Previously when I did this I used a service where I could copy the information and paste it into my message and vola like magic the image appeared.

I am trying to post from a different site where I only have the URL.

some sites don'a allow hyperlinks. if they do, just use the "instant UBB code" below for "image" and copy & paste the address of the image there. make sure you're not just copying the other website's address. you need the full address to the pic.
