There are several Utah photographers on GG. I'd be happy to shoot with you sometime.

Portfolio

Most of these where taken at workshops so I can't totally claim. I'd like to do more work local models and create a portfolio that's "mine".

Let me know if you're interested, I'm just down the road in Pleasant Grove.

Patience, this place is pretty slow on Fridays. Monday mornings are pretty hopping though because everyone's posting the weekend's shoots.

Well 3 photos is not much of a portfolio. And if the photos are several years old, then people will always wonder what you look like now. The photos you have posted are more like snapshots than portfolio shots. With all the experience that you mention, you should probably have some tear sheets and those could be photographed and put in your portfolio also. But you need to get some solid professional shots made. There are 16 photographers listed with GG that are within 100 miles of you and some of them are within 25 miles, so just search the photographers by zipcode and then send personal messages to any of those that have styles you like.

Thanks for the advice. I have never thought of doing a portfolio. These pictures were just a fast and free thing the photographer and I did to have a little fun, but they have done the job thus far... I guess I'll need to look into a portfolio now...

A couple of years is subjective, 2003, 2002, 2001? In any case, yes it's probably too old.

I would recommend some of the local photographers near you in order to update your portfolio. Second, I would recommend putting an image of yourself up on your GG profile instead of a landscape.

You have shared a few small images that really do not do you justice. What do you want to do? Your images certainly do not set you up as a "Glamour Model", which is what this site is about. If that is what you want then you defnitely need new images. If you just want to do print and catalog work then get some images that emphasize your best features and give them some edge. IMO.

Your webpage looks very nice. I liked it quite a bit. What would you have in mind, and how much do you charge for a photoshoot with 6 or 7 different looks?
