One Hensel MonoLight and Beauty Dish

Nilanti from my 9-17-05 Shoot. This was shot with One Hensel 500w MonoLight with the Hensel Beauty Dish (w/solid cap), mounted on my Boom about 5 feet from the Model and about 6 feet high. The only Photoshop work done was some Healing Brush and Smart Sharpen.

Comments, Suggestions, Questions, Lewd Comments, it's all good..

Isn't it amazing what one light can do? You did a great job with the position of the light and exposure.

I usually work with one light. Shot with a Mola Setti beauty dish.

Thanks, straight from the camera, she is of Indian (India) decent, yes I used the Model Light (for focusing), but it goes off as the Flash fires, not sure what you meant (sorry, but you can explain, if I missed something)...

I just spoke with her today and we have another Shoot set for next month, a real sweety. lol...I asked her if she had some more revealing (smaller) tops...

this was her too, in case ya missed it, but I did some boosting in PS on this shot:

Re: One Hensel MonoLight and Beauty Dish

Steven,

Thanks for the reply. The real question I was asking to clarify, was did u only use the modeling lights on the stobes. Hot lights (ie modeling light on a strobe) is rated 2800-3200 degrees typically which would give that "color" to the skin. I was asking what you did in ps because there is no way to get those skin tones from a strobe that is daylight balanced. Not to mention that people of "indian" decent dont have "yellow" skin. Not meening to sound smart I just liked the feel to the image and was wondering what adjustments you made in ps.

Thanks,
Michael
