Marc,

Maybe my eyes are reeeally bad but the light doesnt "gradually" fall of...it just seems to stop and go black. Looks like photoshop to me. There is also and "uneven" line of light to dark and the camera left behind the model and another "angle" of to camera right behind the model. I dont know...its just a little to "perfect" black....IMHO. It is a nice shot though. (ducking the chastising comments im sure headed my way)

Michael.... after looking at it, it's not a gradual fall off like I first noted. That's a concrete floor that she's standing on and honestly it doesn't distract me at all but I believe you if you tell me it's distracting to you.

Looks good from here Marc. Just one question....can I assume you also used someting to her left to help hold that edge on her arm...and the little edge in the shadow on the left side of her shoulder/neck? Or was there some sort of ambient doing that?

Again, looks good to these old eyes...see you next week.

It's the angle of the light Ray, which is about 14' in the air angled downward (5' softbox on a 12' stand). Thanks for bringing that out. I probably should have mentioned that but you're the first to notice it and comment on it. Looking forward to meeting you too.

I guess in this pic the orange supposed to be the sunset and the blue one is the sea. Or maybe not.

I was thinking about making some blurred pictures of e.g. gardens, beaches, parks. Than we could make some big prints of them for background scenes in our studio. This way we wont need to have a 200 mm or bigger tele to blur the background in F 11 value, maybe we would be able to use about 85-100 mm, and we could have a picture in studio with a blurred background.

Do you think could this work?
