Good quesion, believe it or not, with the recent changes in "fair use" in copyright law, it's a gray area, thanks to people like Google, YouTube, Yahoo, and many others including the Internet. I'm not a lawyer, but the research that has been done, we're ok for now, of course, we'd be happy to remove the music if required. Thanks, rg sends!
