Got mine from Berger Bros in NY and they were really great to deal with. I think they're backordered like everyone else right now though.
If you go to the D200 forum on
www.Nikonians.org, you'll find announcements when someone finds a retailer with stock. Lately, it's been the big box guys like Circuit City and Best Buy.
It's an awesome camera, good luck finding one.
