Try your local Salons. Even though most will only have prom and bridal experience. Licensed cosmetologist have had some formal training in make up application. Glamour make up should be an applied experience for most of them. You would also be surprised that you will find many wanting to experiment beyond the typical bridal and high school prom make up.

This could be a simple means of you finding a make up artist in your area that you might be able to build up a nice working relationship with.

Also, make up counters at the mall. They are sick of applying make up to grandma's and may want to venture out and do some creative things.
