Adaptive.net has been my host for a couple of years but they have '0' (zero) customer service! They may answer one out of ever 30 emails that you send to support, they have no telephone support and the live chat support is just a joke.
I have been trying for weeks to get a permission set on a folder to run a cgi script and have had no luck. (permissions must be set by adaptive.net)
I really could use some advice on who to have host my website.
