OK, I'll play...

minuses:
Too much space over her head - while her face is at the 1/3 line the overall shape of her body filling so much of the lower frame makes the composition a little off balance. Been mentioned by others too.

Blue Jeans too blue - the jeans are such a different color than anything else that they really scream out

Her right leg - also mentioned by others - looks a little strange, not terrible, just a little off becase of it's position squared to the camera.

Black cuffs on sleeves - The black cuffs on the sleeves blend in with the background and give an almost 'thing' (Addams Family references) appearance to her right hand especially.

Here eyes - something about the light in her eyes makes them look like they are pointing in different directions, at least in this small image.

Her hair - being dark, it tends to blend with the background.

The yellow doorway - also mentioned by others - since the corner fits perfectly in the folds of her sleeve, it almost has a pasted in look to it.

Wide angle distortion - it looks like there is some wide angle distortion on the right side of the image as the posts are tilted out and the fence she is on is not level, however the posts in the background look vertical.

Light - looks a little flat, really front lit, but that's just my taste.

Pluses

Exposure is good.

Model's expression is OK.

What would I do with it?

I'd crop tighter - middle of right shin to the horizontal beam above her head and just to the outside of her left knee.

I'd also darken the background a bit and that yellow doorway too.

Cheers!
