now i can see the image all at once. for future reference, you might want to resize to either 400x600 or 400x575... both are really good sizings for a web screen.
the image: it's very cool. personally, i'd crop it a bit tighter so the reflection is more prominent. not at the expense of her lovely face, but a bit tighter nonetheless. you might also want to "warm" her a bit.
you have some cool effects options for this photo. for example, you could process all in monochrome except for the reflection. that might be cool. or you could simply leave it all in color, saturate the colors in the reflection a bit more... just some thoughts.
